Born and raised in Zambia, Rayhana Rhoda has worked as an associate manager, customer service specialist, social media officer and online marketing coordinator.  She obtained a Double Major Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Marketing along with an Honors Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Monash University. She then chose to pursue her Masters in International Business at the University of Birmingham.
